Good Movie

      A movie that I really liked was called The Chronicles of Narnia. The original book was published from 1950 to 1956, and chapter one of the film was released in 2005 in America. It was also released in 2006 in Japan. The casts starring are William Moseley, Anna Popplewell, Skandar Keynes, Georgie Henley, and Will Poulter. The writer was Clive Staples Lewis. The movie won Academy Award for Best Makeup and Hairstyling in 2005.       The setting was in the UK under World War Ⅱ. Four brothers of the Revensie family, Peter (William Moseley), Susan (Anna Popplewell), Edmund (Skandar Keynes), Lucy (Georgie Henley), were entrusted to Professor Kirk's residence to escape the air raid. Four children were curious to explore their first mansion. Then the youngest child Lucy got lost into a wonderland covered with snow, connected from the wardrobe. My favorite fruit ②

     One of my favorite fruits is a grapefruit. When I was small, I can't eat it because it tastes a little bitter. These days I feel it is not only bitter or sour but also sweet. Naringin which is a bitterness ingredient has an appetite suppressing effect and promoting the breakdown of fat, so we can make our body slim. In addition, it has vitamin C, so it is good for our skin to eat grapefruits. I usually cut and eat it raw. I ate grapefruits juice with a whole grapefruit in a shop, and it was very delicious! So I recommend eating grapefruits as juice.

My favorite fruits ①

      One of my favorite fruits is a kiwi fruit. This fruit is delicious and good for the body. My family sent it me, so I decided to introduce some good points and information about the fruit on my blog.       The kiwi fruit is named after kiwi which is a kind of birds that lives in only New Zealand. (photo below) The color and shape of the bird is very similar to the kiwi fruit. Incidentally, the bird is selected as a national bird of New Zealand.      Also, the kiwi fruit has a lot of nutrients, such as vitamin C, dietary fiber, potassium, folic acid, and vitamin E. Vitamin C helps maintain immune function or reduce fatigue. One kiwi fruit has vitamin C that we should take in per day, so it is good to eat a kiwi fruit everyday. Dietary fiber improve the gut environment. Potassium helps discharge too much salt from the body, so it can prevent high blood pressure. Folic acid is a nutrient needed to maintain normal hematopoietic function. Vitamin E helps improve antioxidant effects.  

Experience of riding a hot-air balloon

      I rode hot-air balloon for the first time on November 11, so I would like to tell you what is a hot-air balloon and how I felt when I rode it. A hot-air balloon is a balloon that sends hot air by a burner from below into an airtight bag. It can float in the air with buoyancy of the hot air. To inflate the balloon was a little hard because the balloon was very big. The hot-air balloon was connected to four ropes, so it rose about fifteen meters high, but I thought it was more than twenty meters high! I felt nervous and frightened in the beginning, but as time goes by I thought it was fun.
