My favorite fruit ②

     One of my favorite fruits is a grapefruit. When I was small, I can't eat it because it tastes a little bitter. These days I feel it is not only bitter or sour but also sweet. Naringin which is a bitterness ingredient has an appetite suppressing effect and promoting the breakdown of fat, so we can make our body slim. In addition, it has vitamin C, so it is good for our skin to eat grapefruits. I usually cut and eat it raw. I ate grapefruits juice with a whole grapefruit in a shop, and it was very delicious! So I recommend eating grapefruits as juice.
