      These days I often listen to music on YouTube. Today I would like to tell about music for wind instruments of brass band club in osakatoin high school(大阪桐蔭). This high school is famous for not only baseball club but also the brass band club. I like their performances very much because their music provide people with energy and happy. When I was depressed, their music made me positive and cheerful. The great thing about them is that their sound is beautiful, but they are also good at dance during the performance. I understand the difficulty of making different movements of hands and body at the same time because I have tried to do it several times when I belonged to brass band club in my high school. In addition, the brass band club plays not only classic songs but also trendy j-pops, such as "Make you happy(NiziU)", "Mela!(緑黄色社会)", "yorunikakeru(YOASOBI), and "homura(LiSA).       On January 5th, I played table tennis with my friend in Higashihiroshima Athletic park. The last time we visited there to play table tennis, we could not play it because a sports competition was held. So this time we enjoyed playing it all the way! I had not exercised hard during a winter vacation, so it was a good opportunity for me to move my body. My friend was good at table tennis, so I could win only once. After then, we spend time in my house. I gave her a cut of the mill crepe (please visit my blog "mill crepe cake"). She said it was delicious, so I was very happy! I would like to go there and play table tennis with my friends again.

      On January 1st, I welcomed the new year in Saijo because I had to take care of horses. It was snowy and very cold. I went out in the morning and it was a bit of snow! I was happy to see a snow scene because it almost never snows in my hometown. A photograph below is a snowman that I made on the day. Actually I wanted to build two snowmen because it looked lonely and sad. However the cold hurt my hands, so I could not touch snow any more. The snow in Saijo was very light and fluffy, so it was easy to make something. I thought that if I had spent with my family, I would have played with my younger brother. I hope to welcome the next new year with my family.

      On January 4th, I made a mill crepe of cream cheese with my friend. It is the second time to make sweets together. The first time, we made a Christmas cake. Cooking with friends was very fun! I would like to tell you how we made the mill crepe below.      Firstly, we mixed eggs, sugar, flour, milk, and melted butter. This is crepe dough. Then we baked it one by one. It was very difficult to turn over a thin crepe, but we were gradually getting better as we practiced. We baked as much as 26 crepes! Secondly, we put the cream cheese in a bowl and make it creamy with a hand mixer, and added sugar, fresh cream, and lemon juice, and mix well. This is cheese cream. Thirdly, we layered the crepes and the cream in turn, and finish. The mill crepe was very delicious but too big for us. After eating, we each brought it back. In addition, we made four crepes with oranges, chocolates, bananas, and surplus whipped cream too! It was yummy and the crepes made us happy♪ I would like to continue

     I visited Takaya shrine and sand painting of "kanei-tsuhou(寛永通宝)" when I went back to my hometown for winter vacation. Both of them are located in Kanonji City, Kagawa. This was my first visit and it was good, so I would like to introduce them.      The first is about Takaya shrine. Takaya shrine is a shrine that its Hongu is located on the top of a mountain, Mt. Inazumi. We have to climb the mountain to pray in the shrine. The mountain is at an altitude of about 404 meters, so the view from that shrine is very beautiful! The main shrine's torii is known as the "Torii in the sky", and in 2018 it was selected as one of the eighty-eight views of Shikoku. By the way the torii also appears in the anime "YUKI YUNA IS A HERO(結城友奈は勇者である)", so there have been fans who visited the pilgrimage to scared place, which have long been on the stage of animation.      Next is sand painting of "kanei-tsuhou(寛永通宝).       On December 25th, I was invited a Christmas party. There were six people who belong to the same faculty in the party. I and one of my friends were in charge of buying pizza, so we went to "domino pizza" which is one of pizzerias in Saijo-Tyuo. When we got there, it was overflowing with people who came to buy pizza. We thought we could buy pizza if we wait, but soon we found out that we could not buy it without booking. So we went back to our friend's house without having anything...I learned that it is important to book in advance from this experience. I would like to live with care about this from now on.

      On December 12th, I made a Christmas cake with my friend. First, we baked a sponge cake. And then we decorated it with whipped cream and four kinds of fruits, strawberries, kiwi, apples, and peaches. It was the first time for us to make a sponge cake, but we could make it nicely! It was difficult to decorate it beautifully. After trial and error, we came to an idea that it was good if it was delicious. The cake was too much for us, so we ate it in a few days. I would like to try to do again because to make sweets with friends is so fun!
